However, we understand the importance of trying our products before committing to a larger purchase, which is why all our items are available in decant or trial sizes. We highly recommend opting for a decant or trial size if you are uncertain about your choice.
If you happen to receive a damaged or defective product, we are more than willing to address the issue. In such cases, we will gladly accept returns or provide replacements. For any disputes related to your order, please reach out to us via email at mirperfumeryproducts@gmail.com.

Perfumes are non – returnable products.
Returns / replacement will be only. accepted for product received are damaged/ defective by the customer.
Customer is liable to ship the product back to our address if any product is returned.
Due to health reasons, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on fragrances where the packaging has been opened or used.
Shipping cost is non-refundable for returned, undelivered, unclaimed and packages that are refused. Any shipping cost you incur to return the product to us will not be refunded. The only exception to this is if we have made a shipping Returns that do not meet the above criteria or are returned without an RMA# may be returned to the customer or destroyed upon request.
